Ask her where the code should be.

I would ask them to look in the top section of slnova (the white section) and ask if there was a "View Code " prompt.

Ask her what strategies she can use when things are working properly and have her try a few of those.  Leave a yellow cup and come back to her later.

Look to see where the delete everyone or the delete terrain is.  Then have them read their code and ask them where they normally put those buttons.  Also make sure that they have information in the WORLD tab because they might have just completed something in the turtle tab and forgotten about the world due to excitement if they are creating something from scratch.

I would ask him or her where the code is normally located in comparison to spaceland and if they had selected the view code option.  Also i would ask them to show me what they had tried so far.

With some classes I've observed, this can be a scrolling problem for younger students - if the student seems unable to scroll down using the trackpad, can you provide a mouse?  There are other possible problems, but this may not be obvious

Ask them what they've tried so far (love this!) and then if they hadn't tried reset camera I would ask them if they thought there was anything on the screen that might allow them to reset their world or the view of their world.
