I opened the two versions of the StarLogo Nova Blocks and Drawers Guide for StarLogo Nova 2.0.

1 version has Repeat ___ % chance the other has With ____ % chance.

Thanks for noticing this - we will fix it.  The version by Jennifer Krause, with these blocks, is the correct one:
