This document provides prospective and active Project GUTS Facilitators with guidelines about their role and responsibilities; Project GUTS’ philosophy of professional development; and actionable guidelines for running PD workshops for teachers. It was developed to codify the role of the facilitator and expectations of a person serving in that role.
