The K12 CS Framework was recently launched.  It is a high-level guide for implementing computer science in K-12 classrooms that will be used to inform the development of standards, curriculum, and professional development.

You can find the k12 CS Framework here :  k12cs.org

It is important to Project GUTS because it provides a baseline of minimum CS concepts and practices that students will be expected to do and know at various points in their education.  Project GUTS can build and vet its modules upon the trajectories described in the Framework and know that other educators are aiming for the same targets.

The Framework was written by a team of twenty-seven writers including Irene Lee, program director of Project GUTS.
